MEMBERSHIP
BASIC membership costs a one-time fee of $5 and includes two 2-for-1 rental coupons.
UNDERGROUND membership costs a one-time fee of $35 and includes two 2-for-1 rental coupons as well as 2-for-1 rentals every Sunday (in addition to the standard 2 for 1 rentals on Tuesdays which all members receive) plus *FREE* admission to all in-store screening events.
All memberships require a photo ID, current phone number and address and a credit or debit card (ATM card w/ MC or Visa logo).
Without a credit card, customers can leave a Cash Deposit as collateral. A $30 deposit can be kept on file for each video/dvd a member wants to rent out at a given time. $30 is required for one rental, $60 for two rentals, etc.

All rentals must be returned by closing time (11pm) on the due date. Rentals returned after store closing on the due date are subject to additional day charges.
Rentals not returned after 30 days are considered lost or stolen. The Video Underground, Inc reserves the right to charge the customer's security deposit all accrued fees plus the replacement cost of all items not returned or returned damaged.
All prices are subject to 6.25% MA sales tax.
The Video Underground accepts same day reservations for all titles, EXCEPT NEW RELEASES, seven days a week. If the title you want is available, we will hold it for you for up to 4 hours.
VIDEO & DVD SALES
The Video Underground carries a selection of new and previously viewed movies available for purchase. We will gladly special order ANY TITLE AVAILABLE IN PRINT for customers AT NO EXTRA CHARGE (free shipping for orders picked up at the store). Please speak with a staff member to place an order.
RETURN POLICY
If a rental tape or DVD is defective, we will offer a replacement rental of the same title if it is in stock. If the title is unavailble, we will issue a store credit on your account good for a free rental.
ALL SALES OF PREVIOUSLY-VIEWED VIDEOS AND DVDS ARE FINAL.
If a new video or DVD is defective, customers may return the item within 7 days with the original sales receipt to receive a replacement copy of the same title or a store credit on their account for the original purchase price paid.
